The Federation working procedures are based on detailed policy system that are aligned with the requirements of current laws and systems in European countries.
The management principles adopted by the Federation are represented by: achieving organisational stability, constant renewal in human resources and administrative practices, adopting consultation as an essential principle, benefiting from competences and integrating these into leadership roles, electing leadership bodies in the Federation, at central or member organisation level, as well as adopting effective procedures for administrative and financial control.
