Constant building of skills has an important place in developing human resources within the Federation and its member organisations.
The Federation, in its leadership bodies, pays close attention to constant development in all areas of work. In this regard, a specialist department was established to undertake the task of training, skills building, and consultancy through experts in the various fields.
In order to secure success in the tasks of formation and development, the Federation holds extensive meetings and training vents, as well as distance learning employing platforms on the Internet, in addition to training of trainers (ToT) initiatives, and sending experts and specialists to European countries to provide advice and pass on expertise.
